Instructions
Step 1
Add cottage cheese to food processor and mix until creamy. Add to bowl with flour. Mix together until ingredients leave sides of bowl. Turn over onto floored board and knead app 10 times until smooth. Cut into 4 even pieces. Roll each piece into app 7 in log and connect to each end. Brush egg to top of bagel and add any topping. Bake at 350 for 12 min.
