Instructions

Step 1
1. Prepare the pan: Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Melt the chocolate: In a double boiler or over very low heat, melt the chocolate chips, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Remove from heat once fully melted and set aside to cool slightly.

3. Beat the cream cheese and sugar: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.

4. Add the melted chocolate: Slowly add the melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture and stir until fully combined.

5. Fold in the marshmallow cream: Add the marshmallow cream and vanilla extract to the mixture, gently folding it in until well incorporated.

6. Pour into pan: Spread the fudge mixture evenly into the prepared pan.

7. Chill: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
