Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425
Step 2
In large bowl toss cabbage, fennel, and apples with 1/2 cup of sauce. Then spread in even layer on lined baking sheet
Step 3
Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. Then with pastry brush spread 1/4 cup sauce over both sides of chops. Transfer to baking sheet with cabbage.
Step 4
Roast for 28-30 mins, tossing veg halfway through.
