Instructions
Step 1
Chop the white chocolate into pieces then add it into a glass bowl. Melt your chocolate at baine-marie or in the microwave then add the heavy cream in. Mix very well with a spoon until you form a paste and remove from the stove (if you used the bain-marie method).
Step 2
Add the condensed milk in, optionally some vanilla and a pinch of salt and whip everything with a hand mixer for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Your white Nutella is ready! Store in a air tight container in the fridge for up to 4-5 days and enjoy. Buon appetito!
