Step 1
Wash the pork
Step 2
Trace and cut the bone from the pork loin
Step 3
Cut the rest of the pork in fours
Step 4
Put the pork in a pot
Step 5
Add about 12 cups of water (Add more if needed until the pork is just fully submerged)
Step 6
Add Knorr Sinigang sa Gabi mix and salt
Step 7
Stir and leave to boil until the pork is soft
Step 8
Taste and add Magic Sarap
Step 9
Add the bok choy and cook for a further 2 minutes
