Step 1
Bake chocolate cake as per directions on the box in a clear 9x13 glass baking pan. Let cool then poke holes in the top of the cake with a wooden spoon. Mix together sweetened condensed milk and caramel. Pour caramel mix over the top of the cake. Let sit for 15 minutes. Frost with the tub of Cool Whip. Pour half a bag of Heath bits over the Cool Whip. Eat and enjoy!
