Sauce
1 tspGogugar
1 TbspGogujang
1 Tbspsesame oil
4 Tbspsoy sauce
1 Tbspoyster sauce
3 tspsugar
⅓ cupwater
2Green onion

Instructions
Step 1
Pan fry tofu in tsp. of sesame oil once golden put in bowl on side
(Can pan fry tofu without oil too)
Step 2
Cut vegetables thin and add to pan with 1 tsp oil
Step 3
Mix sauce ingredients and add to vegetables once vegetables are soft
Step 4
Add tofu back into the pan with vegetables, move tofu into the sauce
Step 5
Cook until vegetables are translucent and tender
Step 6
Garnish with toppings
