White Chocolate Peppermint Pie

Made it with black cocoa all butter crust, black bottom layer of dark chocolate ganache. Next time; cut black bottom amount in half. Pie took longer to cook--reduce heat to 350 cook, cook until it appears to be boiling underneath the surface. Increase meringue toping by 1.5 but don't increase the amount of peppermint extract. Don't use all of the cold set topping.
