Step 1
Pre-heat the oven at 180°
Step 2
Melt the mozzarella in the microwave on a low temperature. Check occasionally.
Step 3
Mix the egg with the cream cheese and the melted mozzarella.
Step 4
Add the almond flour, the husk, spices by your choice and pinch of salt.
Step 5
Form small balls and place on a baking tray.
Step 6
Spinkle sesam seeds and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
