Step 1
Cook the rice
Step 2
Cut the leek however you prefer and the carrots too
Step 3
Break two eggs in a glass and put some salt, pepper, rosemary and mix in any other spice you want
Step 4
When the rice is done cooking, add oil to a big pan and when it's warm add the leek and the carrot
Step 5
After the veggies are almost done cooking add in the rice and the eggs on top. Also add the salmon
Step 6
Mix well and add curry and soy sauce
