Step 1
Cook rice

Slice thin, toss with seasonings, set aside.
Beef

Coat sliced beef with corn starch, salt and pepper
Step 4
Seer in hot pan - ~45 seconds a side
Sauce
Step 5
Bring all ingredients to a gentle simmer.
Step 6
Add cornstarch slurry and stir until thick.
Finish

Toss beef with sauce

Serve over rice with cucumbers. Garnish with remaining green onions, sesame seeds.
