Instructions
Step 1
Small diced the tomato small, diced the red bell pepper quarter. The lime roughly chop the cilantro half and small dice the red onion
Step 2
In a large pan, heat and a drizzle of oil over medium high until heat hot. Cook the pepper and half of the onion for 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in the tostada. Mix black bean and half a cup of water. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until tender. Turn off the heat, roughly mash the beans
Step 3
In a medium bowl, mix the tomatoes, cilantro, juice of one half the lime and remaining onion to taste. Season with salt and pepper
Step 4
Serve the black beans on the tostadas with the salsa and feta cheese crumble on top. Squeeze the remaining lime juice. Enjoy!
