Instructions

Step 1
Start boiling pasta
Step 2
Fry off the bacon lardons
Step 3
Add in the onions and garlic until soft
Step 4
Mix parmesan and egg yolks with some pepper in a separate bowl
Step 5
Once pasta is ready, add in some pasta water to the bowl of parmesan and egg mix
Step 6
Drain off pasta
Step 7
Add parmesan and yolk mix to the bacon lardons, onions & garlic
Step 8
Add pasta in to the pan as well, mix it all together and serve
