Instructions
Step 1
Mix eggs & sugar with hand mixer.
Step 2
Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 c of the half & half then add back to the remaining half & half and stir until well combined.
Step 3
Add half&half mixture slowly to the egg mixture continuing to beat on low speed.
Step 4
Add salt
Step 5
Stir in the melted butter by hand.
Step 6
Add vanilla & coconut.
Step 7
Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
