Instructions
Step 1
Pat steak dry with paper towel, add salt and pepper to taste
Step 2
Sear Steak in frying pan on Medium high heat for 2-3 minutes per side
Step 3
reduce heat to medium low, add butter, rosemary and garlic and baste for 8 to 12 minutes. (check temperature for desired doneness)
Step 4
Let steak rest for 3 minutes before serving
