Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl or glass add half of the Greek Yogurt
Step 2
Layer half of the berries on top of the Yogurt followed by a sprinkle of nuts and chia seeds
Step 3
If desired sprinkle a little powdered erythritol or add a few drops of liquid stevia for extra sweetness
Step 4
Serve immediately for a fresh nutritious breakfast
