Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F
Step 2
dump heavy cream, cheddar cheese soup, garlic puree, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper into a large mixing bowl
Step 3
whisk until smooth
Step 4
add frozen tater tots to the bowl
Step 5
stir until all of the tater tots are coated in the sauce
Step 6
add 2 cups of the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend to the bowl
Step 7
add the parmesan cheese
Step 8
stir well again
Step 9
dump the tater tot mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish and spread it out evenly
Step 10
sprinkle the remaining cup of the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend on top
Step 11
place the dish in the oven and bake the casserole until its bubbling and the cheese is starting to brown on the top. 50-55 minutes
Step 12
remove the casserole from the oven and let cool for a few minutes
