Step 1
We'll start by cutting the onion into tiny pieces

Heat the pan and put a small cube of butter, let it melt

Grab a pot, fill it with water up to 3/4 and put it on the cooktop. Wait untill the water boils and then put the pasta in

Meanwhile you're cooking the pasta, place your chopped onion into the pan and fry 'till it's golden. You can put sugar to make it caramelized
Step 5
Put garlic along with the onion and fry it for another minute
Step 6
Add tomato paste, cream (or milk) and stir until there's a porridge like liquid. It should have light red or orange color (add sugar and salt until you like the taste)
Step 7
Add grated or chopped cheese and cover the pan with a lid. Wait 5-7 minutes and add oregano according to your taste.
Step 8
Add cooked pasta and stir it all together. Bon appetit!
