Instructions

Step 1
Cut 1.5 pounds of chicken breast into serving-size pieces.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix ketchup, soy sauce, honey, garlic, red pepper, basil and corn starch.
Step 3
Spread the chicken across the bottom of a 2-quart or larger crock pot. And add the sauce mix.
Step 4
Cook on low for 3-4 hours. Chicken should reach an internal temp of 165°. Check temp after 2 hours.
Step 5
Serve with rice and use the sauce as gravy. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds (optional).
