200gred cabbage
5 clovesgarlic

2 dessert spoonoyster sauce
½ teaspoonall purpose seasoning
½ teaspoonblack pepper
¼ teaspoonchilli flakes
1 teaspoonginger puree
2 dessert spoonlight soy sauce
1 teaspoonvegetable bouillon
2 teaspooncornstarch
Instructions
Step 1
Chop all vegetables
Step 2
Heat oil in wok until smoking and add the garlic and ginger
Step 3
Add the broccoli and fry until all coated in the oil
Step 4
Add the remaining vegetables and toss in the oil
Step 5
Add the stock and seasoning
Step 6
Stir then cover and simmer for about 5 minutes
Step 7
Add the oyster sauce and stir. Cover a simmer for a few more minutes
