Instructions

Step 1
Cook ground turkey in 1 TBSP of sesame oil on medium heat, breaking up the meat with a spatula for about 6 minutes, or until the turkey is no longer pink. Be sure to season the meat with a pinch of salt and pepper. Remove the cooked turkey from the pan and set it to the side in a bowl.
Step 2
Brown garlic in 1 tablespoon of sesame oil for about 1 minute on medium heat. Add in scallions, mushrooms, coleslaw mix, ginger powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
Step 3
Add cooked ground turkey back into the pan with ½ tablespoon more of sesame oil and the soy sauce. Combine and cook for about 2 minutes.
Step 4
Serve it as is or over rice. I added some fresh scallion, sesame seeds and Sriracha over the top.
