Instructions
Step 1
Wash and dry herbs.
Remove stems and discoloured leaves.
Blitz in food processor until just finely chopped.
Mix with salt.
Spread thinly on parchment paper.
Air dry 24 hours or more.
Blitz again in food processor. Put in an air tight container.
Store in cool, dry place for 12 months.
