simple syrup infused with real vanilla bean

2 dashesAromatic Bitters
Caramelized Sugar
for rim
Vanilla Bean Stick
Toasted, split a vanilla bean and slightly toast it
Instructions
Step 1
Brûlée Rim: Dip the rim in simple syrup, then into sugar. Use a torch to gently caramelize the sugar until golden.
Step 2
Mix the Cocktail: Stir bourbon, vanilla bean syrup, and bitters with ice in a mixing glass.
Step 3
Strain & Serve: Strain into the brûléed-rim glass over a large ice cube.
Step 4
Garnish: Add a toasted vanilla bean stick for aroma. See less
