Instructions
Step 1
To make the dry mix:
Add to a bowl
4 cups of flour
3 TBSP Baking Powder
2 TSP Baking Soda
3 TBSP Sugar
1 TSP Salt
Mix Well
Step 2
To Make A Batch:
Add to a bowl:
1 cup of dry mixture
3/4 cup of milk
1 egg
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
Step 3
Add butter to a frying pan on a medium heat
Step 4
Add some mixture to a pan and heat until the mix begins to thicken and bubble
Step 5
Flip the pancake and cook for slightly less time on the other side until browned
