Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2
Blend together in a food processor 1/2 cup pepitas, 1/2 cup sesame seeds, flax seed, chia seeds, protein powder, and cinnamon. Set aside in a large mixing bowl
Step 3
Blend together bananas, eggs, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Add to previously blended dry mixture and mix well.
Step 4
Fold in chocolate chips and remaining pepitas and sesame seeds.
Step 5
With a 1 1/2 inch to 3 inch scoop, scoop out batter and place 1 in apart on baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. When cookies retain their shape, remove from oven and let cool before serving.
