Instructions

Step 1
Add italian sausage to a large skillet and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
Step 2
In the same skillet over medium heat add oil, butter, garlic à shallots, Gently sauté garlic i shallots, 3 ta 5 minutes until tender. Add vodka; stir, then reduce vodka by half; 2 or 3 minutes. Add chicken Stock & tomatoes, Bring Sauce to a bubble; then reduce to a simmer.
Step 3
Add red pepper flakes. Season with salt & pepper. While Sauce Simmers, cook pasta in Salted boiling water until al dente.
Step 4
Stir cream into sauce; when sauce returns to a bubble, remove from heat. Drain pasta, combine with sauce, add basil.
