Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and cook until soft.
Step 2
Add garlic, paprika, chili flakes. Stir for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add tomatoes, simmer 10 minutes until slightly reduced.
Step 4
Add chicken livers and cook for 10–12 minutes until just done.
Step 5
Season well. Serve with rice or toast.
