1 tspbaking powder
62.5gCoconut flour
⅙ cupsweetner
½ cupwater
boiler
3cardamon pods
Instructions
Step 1
Cover naartjie with bowling water, lid on and boil. Through away water. Pulp fruit totally. 2 cups puree
Step 2
Mix eggs and sugar for 7 minutes until smooth. Fold in baking powder, almond flour and fruit carefully.
Step 3
Add to treated tin with bakingpaper. 23cm tin
Step 4
Bake 1 hour at 180 celcius
Step 5
Heat sugar cardamon and water until sugar is disolved . Boil then for 5 minutes
Step 6
With sharpe pin make small holes in cake and cover with syrop
