Preheat oven to 350F (175C) and line a muffin tin or grease well.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Whisk in eggs, vanilla sweetener , and oil. Add almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined. Divide the batter into muffin cups.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean and tops are golden.
