cold brewed, Earl Grey or English Breakfast

450mlpomegranate juice

450mllemonade
fizzy or still

450mlginger ale
or soda water for lighter version

1 tspbalsamic vinegar
optional but gives depth

0.5Juice of orange

0.5juice of Lemon

Instructions
Step 1
Brew your tea (2–3 bags in 600ml hot water), chill it, then mix with pomegranate juice, citrus juice, and balsamic vinegar.
Step 2
2. Add chopped fruit and mint; chill for at least 1 hour.
Step 3
3. Just before serving, add lemonade + ginger ale and stir gently.
Step 4
4. Serve over ice in jugs or a punch bowl.
