Step 1
Separate the Hawaiian rolls into individual pieces and slice them down the top center 3/4 of the way through.
Step 2
Boil the cocktail franks in water for 5 minutes and drain the. Place a cocktail frank into each of the slits in the buns.
Step 3
Top each hotdog with an equal amount of chili and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Step 4
Place them into the center rack of the oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Step 5
