Instructions

Step 1
Put rice in bottom of casserole. Brown diced pork, drain and add to the rice. You may want to make your own rice instead 🙂 Cut up your peppers and onions, then add. Pour hot tomato sauce over top & mix all together. Shred some good muenster cheese over top. Bake at 375.
Step 2
Serve with hot sauce and sour cream if you like. Feel free to use beef or chicken instead of pork, and add what you like.
