π₯£ Make the Creamy Filling: 1. In a bowl, mix: 100g softened cream cheese 1 tbsp granulated sugar 1 tsp honey (optional but adds a nice mellow sweetness) 1 tbsp skimmed milk powder Pinch of salt (Optional) a drop of vanilla or lemon juice 2. Stir well until smooth and creamy. The milk powder adds a little richness and structure without needing liquid cream or milk. If it's a little gritty at first, let it sit for 5 minutes β the sugar will dissolve as it rests.

π₯ͺ Assemble the Sandwich: 1. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto each slice of multigrain bread. 2. Lay down your strawberries β arrange them nicely for a pretty cross-section. 3. Close the sandwich and press gently. 4. Optional: Wrap tightly in cling film and refrigerate for 20β30 minutes to help set. 5. Trim crusts (optional), then slice diagonally to show off the strawberries.

Tips: If your granulated sugar is very coarse, you can grind it briefly with a mortar/pestle or the back of a spoon to speed up dissolving. No need to add milk or water β the strawberries will naturally moisten the filling as they sit.
