Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2
Add all ingredients to a food processor.
Step 3
Blitz until the mixture starts to come together.
Step 4
If needed, add milk, 1 tbsp at a time, and continue to process until a soft dough forms that holds together but isn't sticky.
Step 5
Roll dough to approx. 1/8 inch thick and cut into mini shapes using your favourite cookie cutters.
Step 6
Arrange on tray, and bake for 10-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
Step 7
Let cool completely, they'll crisp up as they cool!
