Garden "Spaghetti"

Prep:1h
Spaghetti: garden or farm market spaghetti squash. Wipe oil on cut pieces and roast at 425 until fork tender.
Sauce: Meat sauce. Slow cooker sunsugar tomato sauce (cherry tomatos + garlic + onion + oil for 6 hours then pureed. Add corn starch and tomato paste as needed) add meat to it.
Mix in more onion and bell peppers into meal sauce. Add any other garden finds.
