Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Precook pie crusts (or make your own). Set aside. Pre-blend sweet potatoes. Blend in all ingredients one at a time at low to medium speed adjusting sugar (depends on the sweetness of the potatoes), flavoring and seasoning (to taste, eg. less nutmeg), and ensuring the mixture isn’t too soupy. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 350-375 F. When the pie filling rises up totally they’re done (approximately 1 1/4-1 1/2 hours).
