Instructions
Step 1
Add a drizzle olive oil to a pan & brown off the beef for a few minutes on a high heat (optional step if you are short on time).
Step 2
To the slow cooker add the beef, onion, garlic, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, stock pot, oxo cube, water, dried herbs, salt & pepper.
Step 3
Stir well then cook on low for 6 hours.
Step 4
Once cooked, shred up the beef, add in the cream, parmesan, & fresh basil, stir well & cook for another 30 minutes.
Step 5
Whilst cooking, place the pasta on to boil as per the packet instructions.
Step 6
Once the pasta is cooked, add a ladle of pasta water & the pasta into the sauce then stir well until all of the pasta is fully coated.
Step 7
Serve with garlic bread & optional garnish of parmesan & fresh basil.
