Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 160C.
Step 2
For the Brownie Layer: Melt butter and chocolate. Stir in sugar, salt, and instant coffee. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Fold in flour and cocoa powder.
Step 3
For the Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add egg, vanilla extract, salt, and sugar. Mix until creamy.
Step 4
Pour brownie mixture into baking dish. Dollop cheesecake mixture on top and swirl with a knife.
Step 5
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until set.
