Wheat free fruit tea bread.
Mashed banana should be mixed into the black tea to allow even mixing as it activates the yeast and will rise unevenly if not mixed well.

Step 1: mix the mashed banana with liquids until well combined (the mashed banana helps activate the yeast and results in uneven rise if not mix well) Put the ingredients into the machines bread pan in the following order: wet ingredients first, Then dry ingredients with yeast last (not in dispenser)

Step 3: Select Gluten free bread 14 programme and press start.

Step 4: After a 20-30 minute of temperature resting phase the machine will begin to mix. The cycle from start to finish is between 1 hr 55 minutes with the programme used.
Step 5
Step 4: Remove the bread to cool on the rack as soon as the machine beeps as the moisture build up from steam will cause the bread to drop and go soggy.
