Instructions
Step 1
Combine the cashew butter and honey in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Stir to combine and then stir in the vanilla. Set aside.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine the oats, flax, coconut, cinnamon, and chocolate chips.
Step 4
Pour the nut butter/honey mixture into the dry mixture and mix well to combine.
Step 5
Using a cookie scoop, portion out the mixture and roll into balls using your hands.
Step 6
Store in the fridge or freezer.
