Instructions
Step 1
Sieve all dry ingredients into a large bowl.
Step 2
In a measuring jug add the butter, buttermilk and dried fruit. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until combined with a wooden spoon.
Step 4
Place bread dough into a lined 9” round cake tin.
Bake at 180c for 50 - 60 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from the tin and cool on a wire rack covering with a clean tea towel.
