Ingredients
8 servings
½ cupcocoa powder
2 ozsugar free dark chocolate
8 ozcream cheese
or vegan cream cheese
¼ cupbutter
or vegan butter
1 ½ cupsconfectioner's zero calorie sweetener
1 ½ tsppure vanilla extract
2 Tbspalmond milk
Instructions
Step 1
Let cream cheese and butter come to room temperature.
Step 2
Beat all ingredients with stand mixer.
Step 3
If too thick, very slowly add more milk of choice. If too thin, add additional powdered sugar.
Step 4
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before frosting.
Cover and refrigerate leftover frosting for up to a week.
