Instructions
Step 1
Put oven on to heat to 200
Step 2
In a bowl add enough cornflour to coat the chicken pieces Add Shake of pepper, salt, chilli flakes & garlic to the cornflour and mix
Heat frying pan to hot with a little oil
Coat and brown chicken pieces coated in cornflour mix
Put into tray and oven bake appropriately 20 minutes depending on size of pieces
Add a little olive oil to the top of the pieces
Finish in the airfryer on max crisp for around 6-8 mins
