Sometimes you only want 1 dessert. This Nutella cookie is a double chocolate variation of my Just One Cookie recipe, using Nutella and brown sugar in place of cashew butter and granulated monk fruit. Perfect for those days you're craving a traditional dessert, but don't want a whole tray of cookies to indulge on.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 300F. Prepare a small piece of parchment paper
Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together your Nutella, sugar, and vanilla extract with half your chocolate chips
Step 3

Press the dough into a thin circle. Top with your remaining chocolate chips
Step 4

Air fry at 300F for about 8 minutes, or until the cookie is set and the chocolate is melty
