Step 1
STEP 1. Combine 2 cups of crushed Original Vanilla Wafers with 5 tablespoons of melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased, 8-inch square pan.
Step 2
STEP 2. In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to beat 8 ounces of Whipped Original Cream Cheese Spread, 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in 8 ounces of thawed Original Whipped Topping.
Step 3
STEP 3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Layer with 1 cup fresh berries, the remaining cream cheese mixture, then 1 more cup berries. Top with another 8 ounces of thawed Original Whipped Topping. Freeze for 1 hour.
Step 4
STEP 4. Serve chilled, garnished with additional fresh berries and crushed wafers, if desired.
