Instructions
Step 1
Place soaked soybeans and 600 g water in mixing bowl, blend 1 min/speed 8.
Step 2
Add 600 g water, mix 10 sec/speed 3. Pour soybean mixture into a muslin cloth and hold over a bowl. Squeeze soybean mixture until soybean milk is fully extracted. Clean mixing bowl.
Step 3
Place soy milk and pandan leaves in mixing bowl, place Varoma into position to prevent splashing, cook 18 min/98°C/speed 2. Remove Varoma and set aside.
Step 4
Add sugar, mix 1 min/speed 2. Remove pandan leaves and pour into a jug. Serve hot or chilled.
