Step 1

1st layer: 1 cup pecans finely chopped 1 cup flour 1 stick margarine melted Mix, pat in 9x12 pan, bake 20 minutes at 350

Step 2

2nd layer: 1 cup powdered sugar 8 oz cool whip 8 oz cream cheese softened Mix with mixer, spread on cooled crust

Step 3

3rd layer 2 small boxes jello instant chocolate pudding 4 cups milk Mix according to directions, pour over 2nd layer

Step 4

4th layer 8 or 12 oz cool whip on top

Cover and freeze overnight then thaw
