Ingredients
4 servings
1 cshredded mozzarella
½ calmond flour
finely ground
2 Tbspcream cheese
1 tspbaking powder
Kosher salt
1egg
large
½ tspolive oil
⅛ tspbutter
For Pizza
Instructions
Step 1
Add mozzarella cheese, almond flour, cream cheese, baking powder, salt to a medium-size bowl. Place in the microwave for 1 minute
Step 2
Remove and mix together with a sturdy spoon. Add egg immediately and mix until well combined. You will notice your dough is sticky
Step 3
* Option: Place in the refrigerator to make the dough more manageable.
Step 4
Add olive oil and butter to a small 8.5 in by 6.5 deep dish pan
Step 5
Place dough in greased pan, making sure to spread it all the way to the edges.
Step 6
Top with Monterey Jack and mozzarella cheese.
Step 7
Add sauce on top of the cheese. Place in two straight lines down the pizza (the long way). Add as little or as much as you'd like. Add pepperoni on top of the sauce.
Step 8
Place in the oven at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.
Step 9
Remove when done and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
