Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°; melt butter in 9X9 pan while it's preheating. Cool butter.
Step 2
Mix the dry ingredients in a small bowl.
Step 3
Add milk and stir until smooth.
Step 4
Pour batter into the pan, DO NOT STIR.
Step 5
Add the fruit and again, DO NOT STIR.
Step 6
Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.
Step 7
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes until toothpick inserted near middle comes out clean.
Step 8
Can be served cold or warm with or without whipped cream.
