Instructions

Step 1
Wash your strawberries and dry extremely well. This is very important or else your chocolate will not stick to the strawberries.
Step 2
Once your strawberries are completely dry, add your chocolate to a microwave safe bowl.
Step 3
Microwave at 50% power for 30 seconds and then stir.
Step 4
Repeat step 3 until about half of the chocolate is melted.
Step 5
Stir until the remaining chocolate has melted completely.
Step 6
Either hold the strawberry by the stem, or place two toothpicks into the top of your strawberry to hold and then dip your strawberry into the chocolate.
Step 7
Wipe the excess chocolate off of the bottom of the strawberry on the side of your bowl and then place on parchment paper to set up.
Step 8
Repeat with remaining strawberries.
Step 9
If you’d like to drizzle with white or dark chocolate, let the strawberries set up completely and then follow the same melting instructions in steps 3 and 4 to melt the chocolate.
Step 10
After the chocolate is melted, transfer the melted chocolate to a zip top bag and snip the corner. Drizzle the chocolate over the strawberries and allow the chocolate to set up.
Step 11
Store your strawberries in the fridge, best if eaten same day.
